Order FAQ


How soon can I expect my order?

Orders within the US will be delivered within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order when you log into your account.

Where do you ship to?

Domestic delivery (USA) and the following countries: European Union, Canada, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Germany.

What are the different shipping costs?

All book orders to addresses within the US will be shipped for free. For addresses in Canada a flat fee of 10 USD will be raised.

What forms of payment are accepted?

For domestic deliveries (USA) the following payment options are available:
- Payment via credit card
- Payment via PayPal

How can I return my order?

You have 14 days to revoke this contract without specifying any reasons. In order to exercise your revocation right, please inform us: shop@gestalten.com.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. You bear the direct costs for returning the products. We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us. Please take a look at the Revocation right for consumers in our Imprint for more details.


We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA or Paypal.

We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries except for the USA. VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the gestalten online shop are subject to change. Please note we only accept cards issued in the countries that gestalten Online ships to, as well as Norway, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
