Günther Raupp is an internationally renowned photographer and long-standing visual chronicler of the Ferrari brand. Over several decades, he has created iconic images for Ferrari calendars, campaigns and publications, combining technical precision with an unmistakable artistic signature. His work has taken him to the great circuits and roads of the world, from Monza and Le Mans to the American endurance classics. Raupp’s photographs are characterised by dramatic light, dynamic compositions and a deep understanding of automotive design. In addition to the legendary Ferrari calendars, Raupp has published successful illustrated books realized in cooperation with teNeues, e. g. The Ferrari Book and The Pininfarini Book. With his new book he now presents the visual essence of Ferrari’s endurance racing history in one definitive volume. Thomas Imhof has been working in automotive journalism for about 45 years, both as an editorial staff member and a freelancer. After ten years of writing on international motorsport with a focus on sports car and touring car races, he moved to another magazine and began specializing in road car testing and global motor show reportage. After a short spell at a PR agency, he went fully freelance in 1996. Imhof is the author of several car books and today writes primarily for Octane and the online platform Classic Driver.
