The Danish Restaurant is Centered around a Lush Greenhouse

The latest eatery by the restaurateurs at Cofoco, Väkst is home to some of Copenhagen’s freshest Danish cuisine. With an airy and open interior, the restaurant is centered around an indoor greenhouse, and additional potted plants line the walls. Floor-length windows provide the necessary natural light for the lush greenery. The restaurant, designed by Genbyg, was furnished using mainly reclaimed, restored, and repurposed objects to keep with the eco-friendly theme.
